I recently had a coaching call with one of my done-for-you clients about her conversion rates. She was converting about 3% of her leads from her webinar over to Fitting Calls. And for her price point of her program, getting a 4-5% conversion rate is pretty standard.
After some close inspection of the numbers and a deep dive into the moving parts of her webinar and lead generation efforts, we decided she shouldn't focus on increasing her conversion rate. Instead she should focus on something else.
In this week's 6-Figure Secrets Podcast episode I share why it's important to know what your industry standard are, but also why it's even more important to create your own metrics.

Funnels are a predictable way to grow and scale business. When the funnel works it adds fuel to the fire. It magnifies your message and gets you in front of more people who need and want your help. The funnel serves people in a way that works for you and works for them.
Feed the machine. If your funnel is working, and you want to make more money, all you need to do is get more people into your funnel. The best way to do this is with meta ads.
Look at your numbers. How do these numbers feel? How is this working for me? Ask yourself lots of questions. How many leads enter the funnel weekly? What are they clicking on or not clicking on? What can you do to beat your own metrics? How can you create your own metrics in your own funnel, lead magnet, email sequence? How can you make these things work better for you?
