Hey Mama! And welcome to episode #82 of the Life by Design Podcast with Allison Hardy!
Today I’m wrapping up a 5-part series all about mindset and how it impacts your business. All of this content is stemming from a livestream event I did in my Facebook community, The Mompreneur Community.
In this episode I’m going to show you how incredibly important your environment is to facilitating the success that you so deeply want and need in your business. I’m going to walk you through your physical environment and also challenge you to think about the external factors that affect you and how you work and act in your business.

Is your workspace a catalyst for success? Is it allowing you to be fully present in your business and/or is it allowing you to be fully present with your family?
You need to be the dumbest person in the room when it comes to your business. If you’re not surrounding yourself with people who are better than you and farther along than you in business, then you’ll never hit the next level.
Oftentimes when our closest loved ones are unsupportive about your business, it’s because they are projecting their fears onto you in an attempt to protect you from failure.

Is this the home/workspace where the version of yourself who has accomplished your goals works? How does your space make you feel?
If your business isn’t performing like you want it to, then I’d argue your workspace could be one of the factors for that.
How can you make your space feel more abundant? What can you do more in your space to make you feel more official, or real, or valid, or impactful?
Entrepreneurs have different brains. We’re not doing what’s comfortable or safe and it’s important that you surround yourself with people who “get it”.
When our closest loved ones say negative words about our businesses, what they are really doing is projecting their fears onto us in an attempt to protect us from failure.
