Episode #187: Organizing your schedule to thrive with Brooke Elder
Brooke Elder is the founder of Social Tenacity. After being in the Network Marketing arena for 10 years, she started her business in 2015 after seeing such a need in Networking Marketing for a leader to show network marketers how to market online without being "spammy weirdos".
In order to be a successful Network Marketing professional you don’t need to pretend to be someone you’re not, authenticity will and can be your driving force to create momentum and a business that is authentically you. Brooke has began a movement of Authentic Influencers who believe that you can use your gifts, talents and strengths to build your business.
TAKEAWAYS:
Brooke says that a morning routine changed her life. One of her most impactful activities in her morning routine is reading a list of accomplishments, mindset, and/or activities as if she’s already accomplished them. What that has done is helped her to step into that role easier, with more clarity, and stay in that role to become a better version of herself.
Brooke also uses visualizations to get clear on what she wants to welcome into her life. She finds the more specific she in what she wants, the more likely it is to happen.
It took some trial and error for Brooke to figure out a schedule for her family, their homeschool, and her business and team. But once she landed on a schedule that took into consideration everyone and their unique needs, she started to see some massive momentum.
