As a mompreneur, you have to have a strategy to re-frame your negative thoughts. We have enough “stuff” being thrown at us on a daily basis, that we have to be able to move through the very loud “mean girl” that lives inside of our heads.

A great way to do this through having a mantra to help you identify and work through negative thoughts.

Why mantras?

They are an anchor thought. A way to center ourselves after getting knocked around by the world, other people, what we see on the news or on social media, a crappy DM, a crappy review, or….ourselves.

In today’s episode of the 6-Figure Mompreneur Podcast I want to share my mantras with you, and then want to show you how I use them to change the story I’ve told myself in the past, sometimes continue to tell myself in the present, and the new stories I start to create regarding my future.
