Recently I found myself wasting a TON of time when I was supposed to be working. I realized that I was doing this because I wasn’t sure exactly what to do when I did have time to sit down to work. So I started making my to-do list the night before, and this simple habit has helped me to feel more confident and calm in my business, plus my productivity has improved drastically!
Time boundaries
Due to a series of life events that were totally out of my control, recently my schedule exploded. And so while life was happening certain things weren’t getting done in my business, and then when life stopped happening and work started again, certain things still weren’t happening!
